Rienda provides services in San Diego County and currently operates 4 Adult Residential facilities. We believe in working with an innovative client-centered approach when delivering services to our clients. We are currently seeking a Facility Supervisor to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the 4-bed facility and management of the staff. Supervisory experience is essential, but it doesn't need to be in the caregiving field. At Rienda Services, we are willing to provide comprehensive training to enthusiastic, professional candidates seeking new opportunities!
Responsibilities Include:
· Assign and monitor staff responsibilities for any given shift, including but not limited to supervision of clients and activities, cleanliness of facility, facilitation of meetings, transportation of clients to appointments, facilitation of group activities when appropriate.
- Ensure food services, grocery shopping, meals, snacks and the overall health and safety compliance around food, storage and serving is prioritized and followed by direct support staff.
· Conducting weekly quality control checks
· Creating a healthy and motivating work environment for staff and clients alike
· Ensuring active participation in outings, and on-site activities
· Complete weekly reports as required to submit to management
· Participates in the development of client’s treatment plan
· Communicating facility needs to management, ensuring facility compliance
- Identify staff training needs and collaborating with Administrator to ensure compliance
- Interview, train, and routinely monitor direct support staff
- Ensure on-going safety requirements are implemented as appropriate and needed
- Routinely monitor and train direct support staff on proper documentation/ record keeping
· Reporting and documenting any incidents/ accidents for both clients and staff
· Monitoring staff performance, completing 90-day evaluations and annual performance reviews
· Assist with coordinating staff schedules, monitor and review staff timesheets for appropriate timecard punches, punch edits must include notes/justification, ensure compliance with overtime, reviews final time sheets
· Ensuring expenditure is monitored closely, remaining within allocated budget
· Knowledge of Medication Administration, or ability to train and learn
· Perform other related duties as necessary or directed by management.

· Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior.
· Solid Technical Skills, ability to work within MS Suite, Apple software, operate office equipment, cell phones, etc.
· Ability to learn State Regulations to ensure company compliance
Required Qualifications:
· Valid Driver’s License along with reliable transportation
· Complete DSP certification 1 within 6 months of hire date, following with DSP 2
· CPR and First Aid Certification (OR ability to attain on the job)
· Ability to clear background check (DOJ) & Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) clearance
· Ability to clear health screening and TB test as condition of employment
· Strong preference for Spanish fluency
· Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in any setting
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, availability on weekdays and weekends, and various shifts to ensure engagement with staff on every shift.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
