- Oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of all assigned clinics
- Provides clinical supervision to clinical staff, audit patient records, and assist in training clinical staff
- Provides administrative supervision inclusive of performance reviews, time and attendance, disciplinary actions, and hiring/separation authority
- Designated back-up for clinical staff in their absence
- Orders medical supplies and equipmement for the assigned clinics
- Assist with creating and updating AWV templates for various EMR systems (subject to change according to practice onboarding)
- Performs inventory on lab supplies quarterly
- Works in collaboration with multidisciplinary team to include Office Manager, Medical Director, Account Manager, Operations Manager, clerical staff, and clinical staff to identify and meet the clinical needs and overall well-being of the patients.
- Assists with the developmement of company policies and procedures
- Collect patient history
- Perform wellness examinations and diagnostics tests
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
- Document patient history, symptoms, assessments, tests, and care according to guidelines
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies
- Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions
- Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
