Location: Jacksonville, Florida (in-office opportunity)

Compensation structure:
$50,000 Base Salary
$4,000 Short Term Incentives
= $54,000 Total Compensation
The opportunity:
The Maintenance Coordinator is a critical position to our success as a company. The ideal candidate will be the main contact point for our residents for all maintenance related requests and facilitation and is expected to maintain our outstanding customer service track record. The person in this role builds our customer service reputation by servicing and managing all maintenance components for the property management team. This position will require excellent organization and time management skills to exceed expectations for our residents, owners, and vendors.
What you are great at (Responsibilities):
- Take all incoming maintenance calls and requests
- Troubleshoot and assess for warranty
- Facilitate vendor relationships and management to ensure a seamless experience for all parties
- See all opened work order requests through start to finish while working with both resident and vendor
- Work closely with our service team to facilitate owner approvals and requests, as well as ensure high quality assurance to resident and owner.
- Approve and process all bill payments to vendors
- Charge and collect all resident maintenance charges
What you have already achieved (Requirements):
· College Degree Preferred (Minimum 2 years); High School Diploma Required
· Appropriate Score on Predictive Index (part of JWB’s hiring process which applicant will receive after app submission)
- Superior communication skills, collaborative with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Work well in a team-oriented environment and analyze decisions with broad perspective
- Results oriented leader with high level of self-motivation
- Must be enthusiastic, creative and able to think both strategically and tactically
- Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
- Work at a fast pace and high volume, while providing great service
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Internet applications and related software

Time Commitment:
Normal business hours: 8:30 am - 5pm
On call hours: 5pm - 7pm team coverage on weekdays; some weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
