About the Position:
TJFACT is seeking to hire a well-versed Deputy Program Manager/Property Manager to serve the VMSS task order in support of our Department of State client in Baghdad and Erbil, Iraq.
The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will also serve as the Property Manager overseeing the Contractor’s Property Management. The Deputy Program Manager will support the Program Manager and shall have the authority to commit the Contractor’s labor force and the use of resources to meet the overall requirements of the VMSS task order. The Deputy Program Manager shall act in the same capacity as the Program Manager during any absence.
This role is contingent upon contract award.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals.
- Responsible for managing, monitoring and tracking property inventory based on site location, type and usage.
- Maintain and update property records.
- Manage property staff.
- Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
- Identify problem areas to the PM.
- Plan and manage projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
- U.S. Citizen.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with property management, contracts or related field.
- Seven (7) years of fleet vehicle maintenance management and/or logistics support services management experience with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in providing such services to large operations.
- Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM).
- Valid driver’s license from home of record.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (3/3 proficiency).
- Active security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant overseas vehicle maintenance experience.
- Previous international experience and previous work experience in harsh environmental conditions.
