We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team, and take a lead roll in supervising the maintenance opertation for the management company. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks and repairs to our properties, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible to assign work orders to the maintenance team members and take responsibility that the maintnenace tasks are scheduled, performed, and completed in a satisfactory way ensuring the properties are taken care of and the tenants are satisfied.
The ideal candidate is responsible, professional, detail oriented has great communication skills, as well as great team leadership skills. He will have experience in general property maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and appliance repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the property manager to make sure all maintenance requests and unit turns are being addressed and completed to tenant's satisfaction.
- Lead the maintenance team by assigning work orders, planning repairs, purchasing neccesary supplies and keeping track of inventory.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues.
- Keep an eye on the overall welfare of the properties.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the properties
- Complete work orders efficiently and maintain accurate records in the company's system.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of property systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $47.00 per hour
