Responsibilities Include:
-Perform data entry and maintain updated production information.
-Organize and update online content management systems.
-Support the CEO with daily projects, scheduling, communications, and report preparation.
-Answer phones, sort mail, file documents, and manage office supplies.
-Liaise with building management and external vendors.
-Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
-Tag ads in print magazines and manage shipping.
-Help troubleshoot office technology and systems.
-R&D projects and report.
-Create templates and documents as needed.
Qualifications:
-Advanced proficiency in MS suite, Google Docs, CMS, any Adobe or creative software experience a plus
-Strong administrative experience and organizational skills.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
-Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
-Experience with content management systems and VOIP phone systems.
-High performer with curiosity and resourcefulness.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
