Schedule: (.9 FTE) 72 hours per pay period - evening shift. 0830-2100, 3 x 12 hr shifts/week. No call requirement.
What you can expect:
Come use your critical care nursing skills and join our PACU team. The PACU is a busy, fast paced recovery department caring for a variety of surgical subspecialties (General, Urology, GYN, GynOnc, Ortho, ENT, etc.) Our patient populations is 90% adults and 10 % pediatric, both inpatient and outpatient. Generally, staffing is one nurse to two patients based on acuity and age. We only hire experienced nurses and are considered a critical care unit. Our team works together to provide exceptional experiences to patients and their families. If you are a caring person who puts patient’s first- this department is for you!
Job Description Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree (BSN)

Experience: 3 years’ experience, in Pre-op, PACU, ED and/or critical care experience required

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice

BLS required- ***ACLS and PALS highly preferred at time of hire, but required within 6 months of being hired
