Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting/office Manager to handle the accounting daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial tasks, preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Running the office. Someone with a construction or cost accounting background who know QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend programs.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
- Monitor financial transactions and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
