Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Support office management with various clerical tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial transactions is a plus
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Real Estate Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant is advantageous
- Knowledge of Google Suite for document creation and management
- Strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and record keeping
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently and multitask effectively
- Excellent calendar management skills to schedule appointments and meetings
