Supervised by: Program Sponsor who is also a registered Pharmacist, and under the direction of the Program Director and the Medical Director.
Positions Supervised: All pharmacy personnel, (pharmacy techs, dosing nurse, interns).
Qualifications: Current SC State Pharmacy License with at least 3 years work experience as a Licensed Pharmacist.
Position Summary: Responsible for precise and accurate dispensing of methadone medication with accurate recording and counter signing all changes in dosing schedules, oversight of all suboxone prescriptions, maintaining all required inventories, and scheduling of part-time pharmacists.
Performance evaluations: Annually
Job Responsibilities: The Pharmacist will have the following responsibilities:
·Maintain proper licensure to dispense narcotic treatment program medications pursuant to all regulatory bodies.
· Dispense the amounts of methadone medication administered and shall record and countersign all changes in dosing schedules.
· Oversee prescription call-in for all suboxone clients.
· Provide in-service training on pharmacology and methadone and will actively participate in all medical meetings.
· Respectful and confidential delivery of services, including education, quality care, instruction and information to all clients, with positive regard.
· Follow and adhere to all FTS policy and procedures and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
·Provide assistance in community education.
·Maintain daily and monthly, bi-annual and annual inventory schedules as dictated in accordance with all regulatory bodies.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
