Job Description:
As a Sales / Operations Project Manager at Boulder All Star Movers, you will play a key role in driving our business forward and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering Hot Leads: Respond to incoming leads in a timely and professional manner, providing potential clients with the information they need and converting leads into booked jobs. This will include answering the phone, responding to estimate requests, and other inbound leads, and estimating/quoting jobs.
- Booking Jobs: Manage the booking process, from initial client contact through confirmation, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Project Management: Work with office staff to help oversee the entire moving process for assigned jobs. Assist in managing the schedule and crews. Quickly and effectively resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the moving process to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests throughout the moving process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, job details, and project progress, and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, logistics and customer service.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mainly phone and email.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the moving industry, logistics or service industry.
- Ability to quote jobs and send estimates.
- Ability to answer the phone and convert leads in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Strong leadership and account management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
Details:
Full Time in person.
60,000 - 75,000 based on experience.
