As an Office Assistant your role would include:
- Part time office assistant with Quickbooks experince.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
- Assisting the Owner, Office Manager/Bookkeeper and Designer with various tasks
- Completing New Hire documents
- Updating and maintaining client and vendor records and files
- Internet searches and research
- Ordering and maintaining supplies
- Answer phones, client and vendor contacts
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintain office equipment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
