As an Office Assistant/Receptionist, you will be providing support to upper management members. Additionally, this position will be in charge of office supply ordering and stocking along with other office responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services
- Preparing facilities for scheduled meetings/events
- Run errands as requested
- Exposure to confidential information and handle confidential matters
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Monday, Fellow ect.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Active listening and good communication skills

- Ability to multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Customer service attitude
- Experience with construction architecture is a plus
- High school degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Salary will be based on education and experience.
