ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the management of enrollments and benefits (COBRA + Billing)Assist with the management of employee leaveFile Human Resource and Payroll paperworkProcess volunteer applications Assist the Payroll Specialist with the general District payroll as necessaryAssist the Payroll Specialist with reconciling benefits billsAssist with maintaining spare/substitute personnel files, including the maintenance of current payroll records and CHRC approval recordsAssist with the coordination of meetings with new spares/substitutes in both group and individual settings to discuss necessary payroll documents and provide District orientation Onboarding of Coaches, Student Interns, and other staffProcessing of the necessary payroll reports including, but not limited to, MEPERS enrollment/termination/change reporting, Workers Compensation pay calculations and reporting, and COBRA compliance and reportingMonitor staff address changes and update all associated platforms accordinglyPerform other such duties as reasonably requested by the Human Resources Specialist and Payroll Specialist
