The People Operations Generalist will support the People & Talent Team in a variety of functions including onboarding, employee relations, offboarding administration, and data management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and a passion for working with people. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.
What You’ll Do:
Onboarding and Offboarding:

Handle all administrative tasks related to the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including preparing termination paperwork, processing in the system, etc
Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other systems.
- Generate reports and ensure the proper documentation of all HR activities.

Assist with the administrative aspects of employee relations initiatives.
Policy and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws by managing related paperwork and documentation.

Assist in the development and updating of People Operations policies and procedures.
General Support:

Provide administrative support to the People Operations team as needed.

Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
What you will bring:

1-3 years of experience in a human resources, administrative, or other people facing role.
- Experience in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
