Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
Quarterly Bonus Package: Based on performance and growth of brokerage.

We are expanding and seek a skilled Business Manager to lead our team and drive B2B insurance sales. We are seeking a candidate with strong sales skills and leadership qualities to build and lead our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring achievement of performance targets and strengthening the team environment. The role requires comfort with sales and will have support of a full time Service Representative. As our brokerage continues to expand, the position will evolve into a larger role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive daily sales efforts, ensuring overall targets and goals are achieved.
- Lead and inspire the team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Implement growth strategies to expand the current client base, enhance carrier partnerships, and explore new business opportunities.
- Identify new revenue streams within the existing client base by offering enhanced coverage options or additional products.
- Develop and market insurance products, tailoring solutions to retain book of business.
- Assist producers in closing deals and managing client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee team operations, organizing meetings and facilitate training sessions to ensure efficiency and growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while motivating staff to achieve their goals.
- Assess and report on staff performance and sales activities, making recommendations for improvements.
- Contribute to marketing strategies, including telemarketing, digital campaigns, industry events.
- Support the recruitment and hiring processes to build a strong and effective team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in insurance sales and team management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a drive to grow.
- Positive, energetic, and adaptable with a mindset for business development.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
