ABS Commercial Cleaning is one of the fastest-growing janitorial companies in central Texas. We are searching for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our rapidly growing team in the Austin area. We are looking for a rockstar Operations Manager/Account Executive to be our liaison with our Austin portfolio.
The person ensures client and customer needs are met in the Austin, TX region. Their duties include communicating effectively with clients via phone calls, email, and in-person visits, handling client complaints, working to find solutions to client issues, and fostering a positive client-company relationship. A successful Account Manager should be flexible enough to handle various duties that achieve the primary responsibility of ensuring the happiness and retention of ABS’ Austin portfolio and managing the workflow operations of the team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating with clients by phone, email, and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborating with various internal departments, such as operations & sales, to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Ensure adherence to key performance objectives to meet business and customer expectations.
- Managing operational needs with our Austin portfolio.
- Perform quality control audits as needed to maintain high standard of cleanliness.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Experience in customer support and experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Market knowledge of Austin, TX – must reside in Austin, TX
- Ability to build rapport
- BS/BA in business administration, sales, communication, or a relevant field
- Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate solutions to clients
- Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
- Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting client data
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
