Overview:
VNA Health Group is a premiere Medicare/Medicaid-certified provider of home health, hospice, and community-based services. We’ve been serving families and individuals with the most advanced and comprehensive clinical home care in NJ since 1912.
We are currently looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The position would be responsible for providing support to all computer users in the organization and being the first contact for phone and email support request as well as following through on all requests to the point of resolution.

Responsibilities:
- Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers

Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage call load

Solves problems utilizing established protocols

Communicates and follows up with appropriate personnel regarding problems

Interfaces with outside vendors to resolve problems

Acts as a liaison with other IT personnel to resolve issues

Identifies and reports trends and identifies areas for improvement

Participates in after hours support rotation

Maintainsand stays current with technology especially as it applies to company systems

Fills in time not resolving problems with other task

Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; post high school education in the IT field preferred

1+ years work related experience

Proficiency in all computer systems.

Excellent verbal communication skills especially phone skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to organization’s multiple locations as needed
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Ability to work at computer for scheduled shift; must be able to work on a set time schedule to meet support hours; heavy phone use; capable of lifting and moving computer equipment; required to drive to branch offices
