Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to set up events and provide additional information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (ideally)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
