Compass Concierge is now hiring Front Desk Residential Concierge to function as the first point of contact between the apartment residents and the property management teams. We are looking for temporary, full-time, and part-time candidates and have various shifts available.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting residents & their guests
- Screening people entering the building.
- Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages
- Logging maintenance requests.
- Recording incidents that occur in shift notes.
- Providing Administrative support to Property Management Team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has more than 5 years of experience in customer service
- Always displays a professional appearance.
- Has open availability to work at various locations.
- Possess a cheerful outlook and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation
Schedules Include:
- Holidays (Bonus Pay included)
- 12-hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Overnight shift
- On call
Supplemental Pay Types:
Holiday Incentive/ Bonus Pay
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 42 per week
