The successful candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment – demonstrating skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe products, as well as creativity with social media content, marketing strategies, and website management.:

Responsibilities:
- Create digital media; edit and execute marketing campaigns, creative assets, and other marketing initiatives with a focus on video development and template development for repeatable products/projects (e.g., slick sheets, video intros/outros, name plates)
- Develop online content and digital branding, including development and maintenance of social media banners and graphics, email campaigns, and other creative assets
- Maintain website content and assets ensuring consistency with Edwards brand, including blogs, newsroom posts, and landing page content, including new page development
- Work with external vendor and internal stakeholders to maintain SEO Management plan
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance (e.g., organic and paid social media, web, SEO) and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a calendar to support scheduled web updates and social media posts
- Work with corporate subject matter experts (SMEs) to create/edit blog topics based on business objectives
- Manage relationships and work cross-functionally across SEO, web development, content, and lead generation teams/agencies
- Help maintain core marketing content and sales tools needed to reach our partners and customers with a consistent and innovative message, often collaborating with internal business development and sales teams
- Invoke creative design talent to develop quality graphics, videos, and other visually appealing templates aligned to brand guidelines using Adobe Suite and Wordpress :
- Provide assets and document management for marketing and proposal libraries within SharePoint/MS Teams environments
- Maintain Edwards YouTube Channel (e.g., uploading videos, placing on internal video page)
- Support internal events management (e.g., planning, execution)
Requirements: :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years professional experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in research, writing, proofing, formatting, and editing skills; samples of digital design and editing will be requested
- Skilled in Adobe suite of products, including video creation and editing
- Experience working with website management platforms (WordPress experience preferred)
- Ability to be productive independently, as well as within a team environment
- Independently produce creative design asset drafts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative design skills with the ability to think "outside the box"
- Knowledge of SharePoint, document production and management, and file version control
