Smith Parker Elliott, PLLC is looking for attorneys to add to its insurance defense section. Eligible candidates must have 1+ years of insurance litigation experience, including third-party claims. Salary listed is base and performance pay, and is commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will be quick thinking, motivated, able to handle their own docket and promptly move cases along, able to bill in accordance with the ABA's A/L Uniform Litigation Code Set and have significant experience handling personal injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys interested in developing their careers and seeking substantive litigation responsibilities. Experience with first party and/or coverage issues is a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· No less than 1 year of insurance defense experience and must hold a current license in Texas
· Experience in third-party insurance litigation required. Additional experience in first-party or coverage actions preferred.
· Comfortable conducting and defending depositions
· Experience in a courtroom/Zoom setting
