Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable as a frontend support specialist over the phone for our application family. This includes answering client requests for support, remote training and developing in some cases training materials, and be a liaison / customer facing representative. Additionally, you will be called upon to take customer suggestions and interface with the development team and build necessary documentation as well as quality control testing and control to ensure system is functioning as desired.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage customer inquiries
- Answer support calls
- Interface with development and backend office to solve any problem needed for escalation
- Develop training materials to complement and enhance the training video sets we currently have
- Conduct online training as needed
- Develop enhancement requirements based on customer feedback
- Perform quality control to ensure enhancement are as desired
- ***Previous Help Desk Experience Preferred***

Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Mortgage Banking Experience a plus
- Strong demonstrable understanding of online systems
- Knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques
