Compensation Option(s):
- Hourly: $30.75 to $36.25
- Salary: $55,750 - $61,750

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention programs and collect data to track progress.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Train and supervise other staff members or caregivers on implementing behavior plans effectively.
- Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessment data.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and prepare reports for review by the BCBA.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment strategies.
- Stay up to date with current research, best practices, and ethical guidelines in behavior analysis.
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Requirements:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification from the BACB
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
- Familiarity with principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience implementing ABA techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and other team members.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-based decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
