Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with order entry and maintaining office records
- Support project coordination activities as needed
- Provide administrative support in areas such as proofreading and document preparation
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks if required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office environment performing clerical tasks
- Proficiency in computer applications and software, including MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
