About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in using Google Workspace software, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients including phone calls, chats, form fills, and emails, and provide prompt and accurate responses or direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Capture initial sales qualification information for incoming customer inquiries such as company size, expressed needs, timeline, and budget.
- Assist the Sales & Consulting team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining marketing & sales records.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as quotes, contracts, and sales reports.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Manage and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate across Novobi teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.
- Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Monitor and track sales activity and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.
- Support the Sales & Consulting team in achieving targets and objectives by providing administrative assistance as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace Suite (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Docs) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
