Edelman’s continued evolution as the leading communications consultancy will require paramount focus on product development (technology and services) that leverages data and AI to transform its own and its client’s businesses. To achieve this vision, Edelman is building a critical new AI driven division that consists of four primary departments. Each department has a specific role and responsibility in the development, delivery and deployment of AI and data solutions across Edelman and the communications industry.
We are seeking an SVP, Principle Ecosystem Architect to accelerate Edelman’s ecosystem GTM and partnership model around our core AI and Truststream offerings. To be successful in the role, it is important to possess strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts are a must. Candidates should also have good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time. Ultimately, thePrinciple Ecosystem Architect must be an expert in strategic partner management across a range of partnership types including: data providers, hyperscaler marketplaces, AI OEMs & ISVs, global system integrators and consulting firms, and more.
- Be the technical expert, with a deep understanding of the company's products and services and a strong background in a combination of communications or consulting industry experience, data industries, AI/ML technology and ecosystem/channel GTM models

Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge they need to be successful

Manage technical relationships with partners, ensuring that partners have the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively cosell and support the Edelman’s products and services

Maintain and strong connection to both Product, Advisory, client and GTM strategy & teams, working with product teams to ensure that products are designed and marketed effectively for the target audience.

- Bachelors’ Degree in related field of study (such as business, management, human resources, instructional design, organizational behavior, or psychology) or equivalent experience

Minimum of 12 years of experience inclusive of time spent in solutions engineering and/or product development roles, with a demonstrable pivot towards partnerships or sales

Proven track record of leading complex partner management initiatives, particularly in software selling cycles or as part of a service integrator selling. Bonus if experience has been within the communications or AI industries

Strong facilitation skills to support collaboration between core stakeholder groups including: Product, AI Advisory, Technology teams, client teams and senior leadership

Experience in planning, developing, and delivering Ecosystem strategy programs and GTM activities resulting in indirect revenue growth

Master’s Degree in related field of study (such as business, management, technological sciences) or equivalent experience

Demonstrated success in one or more role in designing channel/ecosystem GTM strategy and executing that strategy to deliver meaningful attributable indirect revenue

$250,000 - $350,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
