Duties:
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly children with special needs.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including data collection, behavior analysis, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans and promote generalization of skills across settings.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members in the implementation of behavior plans and interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment goals, and interventions.
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $81,905.00 per year
