**Job Title:** Front Desk Receptionist
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
- Have computer skills including typing
- Learn dental insurance protocol
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to patients
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience in a dental office or previous customer/administrative role is advantageous
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management tasks
