Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and special cleaning projects
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial procedures is a plus
Must have three years housekeeping experience in a motel and one year experience as a supervisor to qualify.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 32 per week
