This is a remote/working from home position between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday PDT . We are accepting candidates based anywhere in West or Central USA.
Remuneration: USD 4500 per month + performance-based incentives tied to the team's success metrics, including; revenue per set call, booked call to close rates, and overall revenue generated.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Team Leader to oversee a remote team of Appointment Setters. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts by ensuring that our team effectively contacts prospective clients and schedules appointments with our Sales Closers.
As a Team Leader, you will coach, mentor, and guide your team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of remote Appointment Setters, providing coaching, feedback, and support.
- Monitor team performance against targets, ensuring high productivity and quality.
- Foster a positive, results-oriented team culture aligned with company values and goals.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue per set call, booked call to close rate, and contact rate.
- Regularly report on team performance to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimise team performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Training and Development
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of Appointment Setters, focusing on communication, persuasion, and appointment setting techniques.
- Develop and maintain a repository of best practices and scripts for team use.
- Ensure all team members have a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure calls and communications meet the company’s quality standards.
- Handle escalated issues or complex client interactions.
- Review logs and feedback to identify areas for individual and team improvement.
- Strategic Input
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align appointment setting activities with broader sales strategies.
- Contribute insights and feedback to refine sales approaches and improve client engagement processes.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales environment.
