Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Inventory Manager will be to oversee dry goods, finished goods inventory at our two locations. This position will work with the sales team, shipping team and 3rd party warehouses daily to ensure steady shipment of product. The inventory manager will have two direct reports that process the shipping and receiving of inventory. This position will report to the Division Controller.
Duties/Responsibilities:
§ Manage staff deadlines and processes.
§ Monitor inventory against sales demand and facilitate inventory movement between warehouses.
§ Monitor inventory age and conduct meetings with sales to address.
§ Reconcile inventories at 3rd party storage sites.
§ Oversee cycle and physical accounts for both dry goods and finished goods.
§ Produce usage reports for dry goods.
§ Maintain and document shipping processes and be able to back up the two shipping clerks.
§ Perform other duties as assigned.
§ Develop metrics and perform cost analysis to ensure proper utilization of 3rd party sites.
§ Conduct quarterly meetings with 3rd party warehouses and shipping to address any issues.

§ Saturday or Sunday work may be required.
Education and Experience:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field required.
§ 4+ years or more of professional experience required.
§ 3+ years or more experience managing personnel required.
§ Professional certification and/or further education is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
§ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Working in a plant environment and extreme temperatures.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
