SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible to partner with the Sales Operations team to plan and manage marketing strategies, initiatives, and budgets for the sales team. This role will also work closely with SVP or Marketing to create specific marketing plans, optimizing monthly marketing spend and producing overall positive business outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, Implement and Oversee Marketing Strategies – Work in collaboration with the sales team to create the marketing vision and multi-channel marketing strategies for specific markets. Track the effectiveness of individual marketing campaigns and communicate results to stakeholders.
Data Analytics – Consistently review KPI’s and analyze A/B and multi-variate tests with a focus on providing actionable insights. Communicate results to leadership and provide recommendations for future marketing campaigns and platforms.
Plan and Manage Budgets – Work with Sales Operations to create yearly budgets and make monthly adjustments as necessary.
Manage Creative – Create and manage designs for mail, print and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring legal compliance across markets. Develop high-quality content to educate customers on the value Enhance Health provides to consumers.
Communication – Work with executive leadership, outside vendors, the sales team and other internal departments to ensure seminar marketing is performing at an optimal level. Work closely with the Director of Marketing to translate strategy into planning and delivery.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
College degree with a minimum of three years marketing experience required.
Specific skills and experience required include:
Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate in all areas of business at the highest levels. Must be able to effectively present information to coworkers, managers, executives, and sales agents.
Data Analytics – Must be advanced in Microsoft Excel with and the ability to learn and utilize other software systems. Strong data, analytical and reporting skills required.
Detail Oriented with Strong Organizational Skills – Must be able to effectively plan and track information across multiple markets simultaneously.
