As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for performing administrative and technical tasks to support efficient governance of SDLC projects. This will be attained by performing a variety of tasks related to documentation, organization, data gathering and communication. Additional duties include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Run queries in Jira and assess SDLC governance trends
2. Assist in the creation of SDLC metrics
3. Manage documentation; maintain documentation in proper locations on network system
4. Assist project manager and design staff in preparation of reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
5. Provide administrative support for the function as needed and undertake project tasks as required or as requested by supervisor or project manager
6. Organize SDLC meetings, take meeting minutes and assist with task follow ups
7. Prepare and distribute correspondence, transmittals and forms
- Bachelor Degree in a related field and practical experience (5-10 years)
- Office experience in SDLC required
- Experience in CI/CD or DevOps solutions preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
