Job Summary:
The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for performing HR-related duties while working closely with members the Human Resources Department and members of the management team to support BonaDent’s mission, vision, core values and culture across the entire organization, at all locations. This role plays a vital key in supporting the organization’s goals of building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialists while promoting a culture built around employee engagement, work life balance, training, accountability, recognition, and growth.
Essential Job Functions:

Provide friendly, professional communication to ensure a positive experience with the Human Resources department.

Responsible for the onboarding and orientation process, ensuring that a new employee's transition into the organization is a smooth, positive, and successful experience.

Assist with the preparation of performance review documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.

Tracks and maintains employee touch base meetings, regular reporting to the Human Resources Director.

Organizes, maintains and audits employee folders.

Manage the planning, preparation and execution of employee and community engagement initiatives and events.

Assist in the development and administration of various human resource plans, policies and procedures.

Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

In addition to these typical duties, engage in other duties and special projects as assigned and required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

SHRM-CP and/or PHR a plus
