Currently, we're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with proficient bookkeeping and collections skills. In this role, you'll handle essential clerical and administrative tasks to drive company success, including customer communications and past due balance collections, along with accounting clerk responsibilities using QuickBooks Online. Responsibilities:
● General accounting clerk - match receipts to expenses in QBO
● Manage all aspects of vendor portals registration and compliance
● Follow up on accounts receivable and collections, and process incoming payments.
● Take on-call on a shared, rotated schedule
● Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
● Keep front office looking like a showroom for our team, customers, and guests
● Plan and schedule appointments, meetings and events
● Vendor compliance portal management; keep our brands current with all corporate customer vendor paperwork requirements
● Document daily achievements with a completed checklist at the end of the day.
● Perform all other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in collections and general accounts receivable experience
● Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
● Previous experience in service dispatch or inside sales a plus
● Experience in data entry, particularly QBO
● Ability to prioritize and multitask
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Strong organizational skills
● Must pass drug and alcohol screening, criminal background check
