2nd Street Animal Hospital, part of the Innovetive PetCare family of veterinary hospitals is accepting applications for a part time Receptionist/Customer Service Representative. We are a busy, beautiful, state of the art veterinary hospital located in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. Our patients include dogs, cats and all exotic pets. We are also AAHA Accredited, Fear-Free and Earth friendly.
Pay rate dependent upon level of experience and negotiable.
Priority will be given to applicants with experience working in the veterinary industry. Customer service experience is required.
- This position is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments and ensuring that the reception area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Candidates must have excellent skills in the following areas: client service, sales, communication and multi-tasking.
- Candidates must possess a positive attitude, outgoing personality, computer proficiency, excellent telephone and client communication skills. Must enjoy working as a team player in a compassionate, friendly, drama free environment.

- Must be flexible in working hours which could include Saturdays (8:30am-4pm)
