```Job Overview```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant with Paralegal experience to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to handle the smooth operation of our office and support senior management. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception area for visitors, staff, and clients.
- Execute general administrative duties, including managing phone calls, emails, faxes, files, mail, and deliveries. Coordinate meetings and onsite events.
- Assist in drafting documents such as contracts, agreements, real estate, and billing materials.
- Act as a liaison between doctors, owners, clients, vendors, and legal representatives.
- Maintain organized filing systems, contracts database, and inventory records.
- Handle client inquiries and ledger management.
- Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an office management or paralegal assistance role is preferred
- Possession of an associate degree in paralegal studies or equivalent
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Knowledge of office management procedures, contracts, applications, real estate documentation and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
-A four-year degree with a strong academic background is preferred
