```Duties```
- Assist managers to handle specific task assigned
- Conducting regular inspection of the property and recommend improvements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and delinquent notices
- Contact residents by telephone, email and in person visit for delinquent rent collections
- Perform water leak audits within selected units regulary
- Market vacant units using various methods such as social media, distribution of materials at strategic locations.
-Maintining constant communication with residents regarding lease violations, property rules and delinquent rents
```Experience```
- Previous experience collections, customer service is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of project coordination and office management procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
