RTZ is a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions, specializing in the development and implementation of PACE Care Online software. We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable PACE Learning System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and supporting PACE organizations on how to effectively utilize our PACE Care Online software, ensuring they can harness its full capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Review software application and make recommendations for enhancements to streamline workflows
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for PACE organizations on the effective use of PACE Care Online software.
- Have an in-depth understanding of PACE regulations and work with development team to make system enhancements to achieve ongoing regulatory compliance for PACE programs
- Educate PACE professionals on the various features, functionalities, and modules available within the software.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and workflow documentation to facilitate the learning process.
- Provide guidance on best practices for optimizing the software's configuration to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Provide timely and effective user support, troubleshooting software functionality, and resolving any operational challenges.
- Support PACE programs with implementation of PCO software
- Collaborate with the RTZ technical team to enhance the system to solve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience working for a PACE program
- Strong experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems in the PACE environment.
- In-depth knowledge of PACE Care Online software or similar healthcare software platforms.
- Excellent training and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to configure and customize software to meet diverse organizational needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of transition processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with PACE teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
