Innovative Contractor Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant. Pay range is $15.00 - $20.00 hourly DOE.

The successful candidate will be very well organized, punctual, maintain a positive attitude, have excellent communication skills and easily navigate through the computer system. Must have prior office experience. Preferably in the construction industry. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
Overview of Duties:
- General office and administrative duties (answering the phone, checking and sorting the mail, light cleaning)
- Assisting the estimating department to ensure a smooth and successful bidding process.
- Helping all departments as needed so our job phases flow seamlessly, consistently, with minimal stress.
- Ensuring necessary deadlines are recorded and monitored in our calendar system.
- Assist the accounting department with preparing appropriate documents and entering payroll.
- Collections (assistant)
- Lien Waivers and Preliminary Notices (assistant)
- Compliance with federal and state regulations (assistant)
- Professional demeanor and dependability every day.
- Multi-tasking, working independently and as a team player
Education:
GED/High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred, Field of Study: Accounting or Business
Experience:
- Prefer at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Ideally, Experience in Construction Billing/Contract Administration
Computer Skills:
- Type and 10-key by touch
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in Foundation for Construction preferred
- General knowledge of accounting software
- General knowledge of construction software
Certifications & Licenses:
- Preferred**Currently, hold or have the ability to obtain state notary public commission required
