Job Description: We are seeking a visionary Marketing and Brand Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives and support our rapid growth. This role demands a high level of collaboration across various departments and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategies, enhancing our brand presence, and driving customer engagement through innovative and tech-forward solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Strategize and implement marketing plans that align with our ambitious business objectives.
· Manage personal marketing projects and contribute to broader company projects with innovative ideas and effective execution.
· Collaborate closely with IT, Operations, Finance, Claims, Customer Service, and Accounting to develop comprehensive marketing plans, set realistic budgets and projections, and prioritize marketing launches.
· Utilize advanced tools such as ChatGPT and other marketing software to optimize strategies and automate tasks.
· Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and enhance our competitive position.
· Oversee all aspects of social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
· Oversee partnerships and external relations with industry stakeholders to boost brand visibility and credibility.
· Play a pivotal role in new product launches and promotional events, ensuring they align with company goals and customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience in marketing management, ideally in the tech or service contract industry.
· Strong analytical skills and experience in using AI tools for marketing purposes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments and with external partners.
· Strategic thinker with a capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
