Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Assist with order entry and maintaining office files
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support colleagues with clerical tasks as needed
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively
- Computerize information for easy retrieval and reference
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of office common areas
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on customer service
- Proficiency in using Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) for email, calendar management, and document creation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic office management procedures and clerical duties
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
