Clinical Director of Program Services

Schedule: Monday through Friday First Shift
Location: Can be hybrid, remote or onsite within North Carolina.
LIFESPAN Services is a non-profit that provides community-based programming to children and adults in 20 counties in North Carolina. We are actively seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Clinical Director of Program Services to lead a team of 9+ Qualified Professionals across North Carolina.
Under the leadership of the Sr. Director of Program Services, you will oversee the ongoing evaluation, planning and coordination of health and habilitative services for adults with disabilities. Through integration and goal setting, the quality of services provided will yield a positive outcome so that those served will improve and flourish to their greatest ability.
$$60,000 plus dependent on experience

What We’re Looking For:

“Qualified Professional” means, within the MH/DD/SA system of care:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services
· Two years post degree of full-time accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with adults with I/DD.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for day-to-day job performance
- 3 – 5 years of leadership experience in field
