Job role: Cyber Risk Advisor / Account Management
Reporting line: Head of Customer Success
Primary Job Role & Responsibilities:
· Learn and maintain an expert level knowledge of:
− Maxxsure products and cyber risk mgmt. practices.
− Maxxsure provided cyber risk quantification and cyber risk related services.
− Cyber insurance market, analytics and coverage/exclusion terms.
− GRC (governance, risk and compliance frameworks).
− Overview of major information security technology types.
− Overview of major cyber security vendors, tools and solutions in the market.
· Client adoption / cyber risk advisory:
− Guide newly onboarded Maxxsure M-Score clients to operate a continuous cyber risk management program.
− Establish regular client touchpoints to ensure adoption and retention rates.
− Provide cyber risk / cyber resiliency advisory to become a trusted partner.
− Develop strong and long-term client relationships with leadership, key stakeholders, and decisions makers.
− Ensure client formulates a cyber risk strategy and risk program.
− Own and manage a repository of a Cyber Risk/Security Roadmap for each client, coordinating with their key leadership and IT/InfoSec teams.
− Drive clients to a high utilization of their cyber risk registry:
o Client performs cyber risk decision making (Accept, Remediate, Transfer decisions).
o Recommend and sell relevant solutions and prof. services that supports the cyber resiliency remediation plans for each client.
· Client renewals / Manage Maxxsure’s client account management business:
− Ensure client renewals against renewal targets.
− Track client opportunities (i.e., renewals, remediation services, etc.).
· Customer satisfaction:
− Assist Customer Success team with cSAT (customer satisfaction) surveys.
· Client advocacy:
− Identify opportunities for creating formal case studies.
− Identify clients willing to be references and/or provide a testimonial.
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Assist corporate leadership as needed.
· Contributing member to Maxxsure’s product committee and solution roadmap.
· Assist with Quarterly Client Newsletter creation.
· Assist in marketing, sales strategy, customer communication and customer retention tasks.
· Assist with communication of product news.
Client Portfolio Expectations: 10-15 mid-sized client

· Client renewals / remediation opportunities
· Customer satisfaction score
· Client advocacy
Primary work location(s):
This job role will be serving clients onsite. Primary client locations are California, Nevada and Texas, other states / countries may come into scope as company grows.
Additional travel to company HQ in Addison, TX is required.

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, some travel plans may begin/end on Saturdays or Sundays.
Compensation Range: $90k - $150k annually
Compensation Model: Base Salary, KPI Performance-based Bonus and Equity (options) – TO BE DETERMINED LATER

Education:
Associate or Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
Relevant diplomas or certifications in risk management, cyber risk, cybersecurity, and/or certified board of director courses will be preferred.
Candidate requirements:
· US Citizen who can pass a criminal / financial / federal / military background check
· Valid US driver's license
· Ability to work onsite at client accounts up to 75% of the work week
· 5+ years of relevant Cyber Risk Mgmt, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and/or Cyber Security work experience
· 5+ years of relevant consulting / advisory / client account management experience
· 5+ years of relevant advisory experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
