This is a part time position and will not become fulltime in the foreseeable future. Please do not apply if you are looking for fulltime work. This position is suitable for a full time student or stay at home parent. Work hours are:
Wed, 4 pm - 8 pm
Thur, 4 pm - 8 pm
Fri, 4 pm - 8 pm
Sat, 1 pm to 8 pm
Sun, 1 pm to 8 pm
For a total of 25 hours a week.
The successful candidate will have to pass a background check and provide three references.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Greets visitors to the facility and provides cheerful customer service.
2. Answers telephones. direct calls, or takes messages as appropriate. Screens calls and routes calls/ messages to the appropriate staff member.
3. Operates paging and two-way radio systems.
4. Maintains postal mail distribution list.
5. Processes in coming and out going mail and faxes.
6. Performs assigned copying and document reproduction projects.
7. Opens and prepares reception area and copy room for the business day.
8. Maintains resident name and room assignment and related emergency contact lists.
9. Maintains resident confidentiality and releases information in accordance with federal, state and company guidelines.

- Ability to perform word processing by touch. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.87 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
