PCS Pump and Process is an Automation Systems Integrator and Pump Distributor/Manufacturers Rep.
With over 30 employees in our NJ headquarters and growing, we are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative comfortable and capable of handling Technical sales of control systems, pumps, and more.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Present product demonstrations to potential customers with appropriate backup from company experts
- Simple reporting with short weekly - spend your time selling, not reporting.
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process with handoff to project management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales, outside sales, or business development
- Strong understanding of technology sales processes. Municipal market experience a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and identify key sales opportunities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
