This facility operates five days a week and produces Sausage Patties, Sausage Links and Roll Sausage.
Responsible for entering data from Quality Assurance, while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Maintain all SSOP and GMP standards. Organize and maintain departmental documents. Responsible for filling in QA position, HACCP monitor. Accurately monitor and document production numbers such as product item numbers, weight measurements, times, and dates. Responsible for monitoring dates and appearance quality on all production and notifying QA of any issues. Calculating hourly and daily averages for multiple production lines. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing and able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to bending, twisting, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting.
Must have at least 3 months previous manufacturing work experience with a single employer within the last 18 months.
