Job Qualifications:
- Experience: Bring at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and social media platforms.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and families.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and activities for staff and clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, including client information, staff schedules, and program documentation.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for families, staff, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Data Management: Manage data entry and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordination: Coordinate events, training sessions, and meetings, including booking venues and arranging logistics.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve administrative issues, escalating them to the appropriate supervisor as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to all Pennsylvania requirements regarding documentation, billing, and audit procedures.
- Team Contribution: Perform other related duties as assigned or requested, contributing to the dynamic needs of the team.
