What You Need To Have:
- Experience as an administrative professional providing support to internal and external customers
- The ability to accurately prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, etc.
- A professional telephone manner and active listening skills
- The ability to collaborate with and effectively communicate tenant concerns to Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians
- Great follow-up skills to provide problem resolution status to internal and external customers
- Organizational skills to effectively manage workload and maintain a functional filing system
- A respect for confidential information and an ability to act with discretion
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to learn work order tracking software (Corrigo)
Credentials Required:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field
